How You'll Contribute:

  • The Senior Business Systems Analyst II - SAP S/4HANA & SuccessFactors plays a critical role in the implementation, integration, and post-golive support of SAP SuccessFactors within an SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external system integrators to ensure endtoend HCM processes are effectively designed, integrated, stabilized, and continuously improved.
  • The ideal candidate has deep experience supporting SuccessFactors modules, strong understanding of S/4HANA HR and Finance integration points, and a proven ability to support organizations through golive, hyper care, and longterm operational support.
  • The HRIS Manager is the "owner" or subject matter expert on SuccessFactors. In this role, you will be responsible for the full global suite of HR-related systems, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Goal Check-In, LMS and Reporting. In partnership with our Business Systems Team you will help lead the strategic direction, technical design, configuration, implementation and execution of the HRIS roadmap. This position is focused on data analysis and compilation and is accountable for the development and distribution of critical reports/dashboards to the organization. This position ensures accurate best practice business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place to support the administrators of compensation programs, quarterly goal check-in, benefits administration and open enrollment, data feeds to vendors, insurance carriers and other Glaukos systems, and reporting efforts.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a lead business systems analyst for SAP SuccessFactors during S/4HANA implementation and rollout phases.

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to document business requirements, functional specifications, and endtoend HCM processes.
  • Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, including: 
    • Employee and organizational data
    • Cost center and financial posting structures
    • Payroll and timerelated integrations 
  • Collaborate with technical teams on middleware and integration solutions (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, APIs).
  • Post-GoLive Support, Ownership & Optimization
  • Provide post-golive and steadystate support for SuccessFactors and related S/4HANA integrations.
  • Act as a primary escalation point for production issues, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.
  • Support system enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives following SAP and SuccessFactors release cycles.
  • Manage and support change requests, including impact analysis, prioritization, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and positive enduser experience across HR processes.
  • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT leadership, translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Lead requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution reviews with business stakeholders.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenario development, defect management, and user signoff.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and support procedures.
  • Governance, Controls & Compliance
  • Ensure SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA solutions align with internal controls, SOX requirements, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR where applicable).
  • Support audit requests related to HR systems, integrations, and access controls.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to support rolebased access, segregation of duties, and data protection requirements.
  • Support transport management, release governance, and change control processes.
  • Delivery & Collaboration
  • Coordinate with SAP functional teams, developers, integration specialists, and external system integrators.
  • Participate in cutover planning, data migration validation, and hypercare activities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to HR systems standards, best practices, and operating models.
  • Work closely with Glaukos Human Resource team to understand and document business process, requirements as they relate to the HR systems and business applications. These include Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Learning Management, and any other added to the environment. 
  • Plan and monitor progress of all external partners working on initiatives/projects. 
  • Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and implementation of internal and external interfaces, reporting, workflow, HRIS projects, releases, and enhancements for all HR business processes. 
  • Serve as a primary resource in relation to system setup and maintenance activities including efforts as it related to system implementation and training. Responsible for all system administration responsibilities. 
  • Develop project plans and monitor progress of HRIS initiatives. 
  • Responsible for training the trainers on system and processes. 
  • Responsible for updating data and maintaining data integrity. 
  • Support the administration and set up of Glaukos's performance feedback process. 
  • Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization. 
  • Serve as primary interface on day-to-day issues and answer questions from employees. 
  • Data and Reporting Leader 
  • Responsible for all HR reporting and data integrity. 
  • Receive and interpret all report requests from internal customers. 
  • Develop dashboards for reporting key metrics. 
  • Monitor transactions and workflows to ensure data integrity and timely approvals in accordance with Glaukos' internal audit standard.

  • Understanding of SAP organizational structures, cost centers, and financial integration points.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, reporting, and standard analytics for HR data.
  • Strong business analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, crossfunctional, global environments.

  • Experience supporting hypercare and longterm application support models.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
  • Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information. 
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP. 
  • Track record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration within a dynamic, fast paced environment; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership.
