Substitute hiring ensures that essential duties continue without interruption and that students or clients receive consistent service. The process typically involves applying through a district or staffing agency, completing background checks, and sometimes meeting specific educational or certification requirements.

What are some common challenges faced by substitute hiring coordinators, and how can they be addressed?

Substitute hiring coordinators often face challenges such as last-minute staffing gaps, high turnover rates, and ensuring substitutes meet compliance and certification requirements.
