Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 (Non‑Exempt)

Schedule: Temp to hire. Will be hired on as a temporary employee and then covert to a full time role. Hours 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM65 (overtime required)

About the Role

Mid-Size DC Law Firm is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our Marketing & Training team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Training & Events, this role is central to the success of the Firm’s Training & Education program, which delivers more than 100 programs annually.

The Client Services Administrator manages the full intake and registration lifecycle for training programs, supports subscription offerings and dedicated client trainings, and plays an important role in event execution and client experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with experience in professional services or training administration. You will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven organization that values professionalism, client service, and continuous learning. This role offers meaningful exposure across training, marketing, and client engagement within a respected professional services environment.


Key Responsibilities

Client Services & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training clients, delivering a high-quality client experience that drives repeat engagement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Firm training offerings and attorney expertise.
  • Track and analyze training users by practice area and annual spend; provide quarterly insights.

Registration & Enrollment Management

  • Manage all registration-related inquiries, including payments, transfers, LMS access, invoicing, purchase orders, and technical support.
  • Coordinate group registrations and enterprise pricing, including quoting, invoicing, and follow-up.
  • Monitor the Training inbox to ensure timely responses and appropriate escalation.
  • Reconcile abandoned orders and support post-event follow-up, including payment collection and account reconciliation.
  • Prepare accurate weekly enrollment reports for leadership.
  • Serve as a liaison with Accounting on receivables and payables.

Dedicated Trainings & Subscriptions

  • Coordinate dedicated client training intake, including drafting proposals, scheduling, logistics, and payment collection.
  • Support planning and enhancement of annual subscription programs.
  • Build, test, and maintain LMS subscription and registration pages.
  • Process subscription orders, manage billing and collections, and send client welcome communications.
  • Maintain subscription mailing lists and upload toolkit materials.

Training, Events & Marketing Support

  • Assist with annual submissions to accrediting bodies for continuing education eligibility.
  • Update LMS user accounts, content, and FAQs.
  • Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining client and prospect mailing lists and posting events on association calendars.
  • Participate in strategic planning for training programming and scheduling.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field required.
  • 2–4 years of client service experience, ideally within professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms and client-facing systems preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/Rush) a plus.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
