Job Description:The client is seeking a hands-on Sr. Product Designer to support a fast-growing consumer subscription product focused on helping users reduce healthcare and prescription-related costs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute product-led growth experiences for a consumer subscription platform.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to identify and test growth tactics.

  • Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

  • Design experiences that drive subscription awareness, enrollment, conversion, and retention.

  • Rapidly iterate on product concepts, often moving from idea to execution within one week.

  • Use an established design system to deliver consistent web and mobile experiences.

  • Communicate progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams through Slack.

  • Balance speed, usability, visual quality, and business growth objectives.

  • Present relevant design decisions, project outcomes, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Product Designer titled position   

  • Advanced Figma expertise, including prototyping and high-fidelity design.

  • Recent experience designing product-led growth tactics with measurable outcomes.

  • Recent experience with consumer subscription products and end-to-end subscription journeys.

  • Strong portfolio featuring subscription case studies and growth-focused product work.

  • Strong visual design skills beyond wireframing and traditional UX deliverables.

  • Experience designing consumer-facing web or mobile products.

  • Ability to work independently and execute quickly in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with and applying an established design system.

  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness during PST business hours.

  • Portfolio link and password, when applicable, must be included with submission.

  • Ability to discuss at least one portfolio project directly relevant to subscription growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health technology, healthcare, or regulated-industry experience.

  • Experience with streaming, fintech, SaaS, or other high-volume subscription products.

  • Experience designing healthcare savings, prescription, insurance, payment, or appointment-related experiences.

  • Familiarity with Claude for design workflows.
