This position requires urgency, strong follow-through, and a sharp commercial mindset to move deals forward quickly, maximize approvals, and deliver an exceptional dealer experience while maintaining compliance with underwriting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the queue and respond to dealer submissions with urgency and precision.
- Connect with dealers within 15 minutes of application receipt to communicate approvals, counteroffers, and stipulation requirements.
- Drive consistent dealer follow-up across all available channels, ensuring every opportunity is pursued and every interaction is documented thoroughly.
- Identify and escalate exception opportunities quickly using approved processes to help capture additional business.
- Support pre-verification of stipulations to keep deals moving efficiently through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, submissions, and approvals in alignment with performance and incentive programs.
Qualifications:
- Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a dealer-first mindset.
- Experience in subprime auto finance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail paired with disciplined documentation habits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, move with urgency, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
