About the Role:
Subie Shop Inc is looking for a passionate and skilled Subaru Technician to join our team in Oceanside, CA! If you live and breathe Subaru and love turning wrenches on some of the most loyal vehicles on the road, this is the opportunity for you. Come be part of a crew that shares your enthusiasm for the brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on Subaru vehicles
  • Conduct engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs including Subaru's signature boxer engine and AWD systems
  • Execute routine services such as oil changes, brake jobs, and timing belt/chain replacements
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and computer systems using industry-standard scan tools
  • Inspect vehicles and communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay
  • Document all work performed accurately in the shop management system
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience servicing and repairing Subaru vehicles strongly preferred
  • ASE certification(s) a plus
  • Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and shop equipment
  • Solid understanding of Subaru AWD, EJ/FA engines, and CVT/manual transmissions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
