We are growing at Subaru of Macon!


The Jackson Auto group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate at our Subaru of Macon location. The right associate is a motivated and results-driven individual responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is a full time individual contributor role that offers a competitive commission schedule. The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service skills! ย Sales experience is a plus but not required as we love to train those with the drive to succeed, and a passion for the automotive industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and assist with their vehicle purchase needs
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Assist with financing and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and specifications
- Participate in sales training and meetings as required by the dealership
- Ensure the dealership is clean and well-maintained to create a positive customer experienceย 

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not requred
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and DMS systems
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
