Jerry Seiner Dealerships is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team at Jerry Seiner Valencia Subaru. This role is ideal for a proven automotive sales leader who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys developing teams, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As Sales Manager, you will partner with dealership leadership to oversee daily sales operations, coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants, and drive consistent volume and gross profit performance.


Compensation (California Pay Transparency)

$90,000 - $160,000+ annually

Compensation includes base salary + commission + performance incentives. Total earnings are directly tied to leadership effectiveness, team performance, departmental gross profit, and unit volume.

Top performers in this role have strong earning potential.


What You'll Do
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of 8+ Sales Consultants

  • Conduct daily sales meetings and weekly performance coaching

  • Drive unit sales, gross profit, and dealership profitability

  • Desk deals and assist with closing customers when needed

  • Lead save-a-deal and deal structuring to maximize results

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including:

    • Unit volume

    • Gross profit

    • CSI scores

    • Conversion rates

  • Collaborate with Finance, Used Vehicle, and Service departments

  • Support inventory strategy, merchandising, and promotional initiatives

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manufacturer standards

  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements


What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years automotive sales experience

  • Sales management experience strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to drive sales volume and gross profit

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills

  • Experience desking and structuring deals

  • Ability to obtain a California Vehicle Sales License

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
