Compensation Range: $40,000 to $140,000 yearly depending on experience, skill level and motivation.

Bill Rapp Subaru is seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Technician to join our busy and growing service department. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy solving problems, and want to work in a supportive dealership environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Subaru vehicles
  • Diagnose vehicle concerns using proper diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer standards
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Stay current with Subaru training and technology

What We’re Looking For:

  • Automotive technician experience preferred
  • Subaru experience and certifications are a plus (but not required)
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Valid driver’s license
