Location: Rockwall, TX (On site) | Type: Full Time
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Subaru Mainline Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall experience!
What You'll Do:
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Subaru vehicles according to manufacturer standards
  • Complete engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs
  • Utilize Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures efficiently
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and accurately document findings
  • Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance needs with service advisors
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency standards while ensuring quality workmanship
  • Stay up to date on Subaru training, certifications, and technical service bulletins

What You'll Need:
  • Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Experience at an Automotive School or Program
  • Automotive 609 Certificate a plus
  • Prior dealership experience a plus
