The Outbound Supervisor supports Langham’s life sciences logistics operations by ensuring that all GMP-regulated inbound shipments are received, inspected, documented, and stored accurately and in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and client-specific requirements.
This role serves as the primary operational link between Inbound Associates, Quality, and Operations leadership, overseeing daily inbound activities. The Outbound Supervisor is accountable for inbound execution, labor planning, productivity, quality performance, and compliance within temperature-controlled and regulated warehouse environments.
The Outbound Supervisor ensures that inbound operations are conducted in accordance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements, including those mandated by the FDA, Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and other governing agencies impacting GMP warehouse operations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: Physical movements including bending, stooping, and lifting to 50 pounds as part of daily work routine. Will be working on concrete in a warehouse environment (subject to heat and cold). Must be able to operate computer equipment. This position requires routine work within refrigerated and freezer cold-room environments where temperatures may range from controlled refrigerated conditions to sub-zero storage areas. Employees will handle temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products and must follow all applicable GMP, safety, and sanitation protocols. The role involves wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including insulated gear, gloves, and safety footwear. Periods of standing, lifting, and moving materials within cold environments are expected. Strict adherence to handling procedures, documentation requirements, and environmental controls is essential to ensure product integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
