The studio is fully staffed with creatives who enable the photographers to produce top content as well as museum quality fine art books. With a firm footing in both the wedding and commercial photography industries, Christian and his accomplished team of photographers are sought out  the world over. Our team is based in Miami and New York. 

Job Description

Christian Oth Studio is looking for a Production Manager to produce all photo and video content. The ideal candidate should have a background in production, project management, billing, and an understanding of the photo and or wedding industry. Handle all travel logistics for the photo team including air travel, ground travel and accommodations. This role will oversee the studio as a whole, ensuring everything is running smoothly at all times. This individual will collaborate closely with other team members and industry professionals. 

Qualifications

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

  • Manage relationships with clients and/or wedding planners and serve as liaison between clients and the photographers

  • Setup and hold meetings with photographers and clients for timeline review

  • Answer phones, respond promptly to client e-mails 

CREATIVE/PRODUCTION

  • Work well ahead of schedule to coordinate teams of photographers and assistants for weddings and other known jobs

  • Produce or transcribe timelines pertaining to the photo coverage at weddings and events

  • Handle all travel logistics for the photo team including air travel, ground travel and accommodations

  • Collaborate and produce editorial/commercial shoots

  • Recruit new talent for the studio and stay active in the photography community

STUDIO MANAGEMENT

  • Track job bookings and manage the progress of the contracted coverage ensuring jobs stay on budget 

  • Owner of the studio calendar, manage photographers availability and coordinate team meetings 

  • Manage and oversee the photo editor and studio assistant 

  • Ensure final deliverables are being delivered to clients on time 

  • Process and manage all client invoices and set up vendors 

  • Process all payable invoices
