Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Alice + Olivia is seeking a highly organized, proactive Manager, Creative Operations to support the day-to-day management of the Creative team and ensure projects move efficiently from brief through final delivery. This role will help create structure, visibility and accountability across creative initiatives while supporting a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
The Manager, Creative Operations will partner closely with the VP, Creative Operations and work cross-functionally with Marketing, E-Commerce, Social, Merchandising, Retail, Events and other business partners to manage timelines, coordinate workflows and keep projects moving seamlessly across the organization.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and detail-oriented project manager who understands creative production, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with the VP, Creative Operations to manage project flow across the Creative department, ensuring clear communication, transparency and accountability.
• Maintain and update project timelines and workflows within Monday.com, providing real-time visibility into the status of creative requests.
• Serve as a key liaison between Creative and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, E-Commerce, Social, Retail, Merchandising and Events.
• Manage creative requests from intake through execution, ensuring briefs are complete, feedback is clearly communicated and projects are assigned appropriately.
• Lead regular status meetings and provide clear project updates, milestone tracking and communication to internal teams and cross-functional partners.
• Support resource planning and workload management by monitoring bandwidth, prioritizing projects and proactively identifying potential roadblocks.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, stylists, retouchers, studio teams, post-production partners and the DAM Manager to move projects from concept through final delivery, archiving and distribution.
• Support pre-to-post production workflows, including shoot planning, calendar management, sample coordination, style-out preparation and asset organization.
• Provide on-set and post-production support as needed, ensuring priority products are captured, retouching feedback is communicated and delivery timelines are met.
• Support asset creation and delivery across brand touchpoints, including e-commerce, email, social media, paid media, editorial campaigns, fashion shows, events and wholesale/retail partner needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the creative workflow.
• Champion a collaborative environment that balances creative excellence with operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, Production or a related field.
• Experience working within a fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle brand strongly preferred.
• Experience working within a studio production environment strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Wrike or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively remove roadblocks.
• Ability to remain calm, flexible and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with creative personalities and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to prioritize according to business needs while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Positive, collaborative mindset and passion for supporting creative teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience supporting creative production across digital, social, email, paid media and brand campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and creative workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications a plus.
• Understanding of the pace and evolving priorities within the fashion industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business or a related field.
$100,000 -125,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other A+O employees.)
