Company Overview:
Grace Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio focused on exceptional client-centered private instruction and group Pilates classes. We are a Real Pilates training center and a welcoming wellness community. We’re seeking a driven Studio Manager with strong sales and marketing expertise and a genuine passion for health and wellness.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
Base salary + monthly sales bonus. Salary range: [$45,000–$65,000] (adjustable based on experience).

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Lead daily studio operations: front desk, scheduling, and facility upkeep.
  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue: memberships, class packages, private sessions, and retail.
  • Close sales in-person and by phone; manage follow-ups and pipelines.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies: local outreach, social media, email campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Manage CRM/POS systems (e.g., Mindbody), track KPIs, and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise front-desk staff and support instructors.
  • Oversee client onboarding, retention programs, and exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate community partnerships, workshops, and in-studio events.
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and studio policies.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

  • 3+ years of management experience in fitness/studio/retail environments; Pilates or wellness studio experience preferred.
  • Proven sales track record with experience closing memberships/packages and meeting revenue targets.
  • Hands-on marketing skills: social media, email marketing, local promotions, and event execution.
  • Comfortable using CRM/POS systems and tracking metrics; Mindbody experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Pilates, wellness, and building community.
  • Availability for some nights and weekends.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Basic graphic/design skills or familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
