Job description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description: The facility coordinator will be responsible for maintaining all day-to-day functions of the facility and its programs while overseeing other part-time staff including student workers, lifeguards, and casual staff. Some of the position responsibilities are listed below.
  • Ensure all members utilizing the facility are safe and following all facility protocols.
  • Ensure all individuals entering the facility check in with the front desk
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe facility
  • Ensure all staff members during shift are reporting on time and completing assigned duties
  • Assist independent contractors and group fitness instructors with class set up, breakdown, and tracking as needed
  • Assist with all customer service duties at the front desk including answering phone calls, assisting members with inquiries, assisting with membership enrollments and cancellations, assisting members with questions regarding fitness or facility equipment.
  • Provide professional aid to any member in need of assistance due to an injury or illness
  • Report on any facility or member issues to the Director

QUALIFICATIONS
CPR/AED
Past Experience in fitness setting
Fitness certification preferred
Maximum Salary Range
USD $28.00/Hr.
