Job description

Vie Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our student housing community in West Campus, just steps from the University of Texas.
Compensation for this position ranges from $17-$20 per hour based on experience, in addition to leasing and performance bonus opportunities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, hotels, events, or leasing who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating exceptional resident experiences.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Conduct leasing tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
โ€ข Welcome residents, guests, and prospects at the front desk
โ€ข Respond to resident questions, requests, and service follow-ups
โ€ข Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and day-to-day community operations
โ€ข Support resident events and community engagement initiatives
โ€ข Perform outreach marketing to local businesses, student organizations, and universities
โ€ข Conduct property walks and help maintain strong community presentation
โ€ข Work closely with the management and maintenance teams to support an exceptional resident experience
Qualifications
โ€ข 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, leasing, or a related field preferred
โ€ข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
โ€ข Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
โ€ข Basic Microsoft Office experience required
โ€ข Entrata or property management experience is a plus, but not required
