5+ years of experience in automation operations, systems enablement, or omni-channel campaign management.

Proven experience designing and maintaining complex automated workflows and logic frameworks.

Strong understanding of data integrity, testing methodologies, and QA processes.

Demonstrated experience owning complex automation implementations that span multiple systems, data sources, or operational constraints

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.
