Job Description
The Admissions Counselor serves as a primary representative of Campbellsville University and is responsible for recruiting, advising, and enrolling prospective students. This position develops and implements recruitment strategies, manages an assigned territory, and guides students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment while supporting the University's mission and enrollment goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruit prospective undergraduate students within an assigned territory.
• Conduct high school visits, college fairs, community events, and recruitment programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, counselors, and community partners.
• Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Provide information regarding academic programs, scholarships, financial aid, and student services.
• Conduct campus visits and admissions appointments.
• Communicate with prospective students through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the university CRM system.
• Monitor territory performance and assist in meeting enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with academic departments and campus offices to support recruitment efforts.
• Represent Campbellsville University in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
