What company will I be working for? You will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.


What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance


Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors.


What will I be doing? Using your expertise, you will manage data and information as it relates to readiness training and other assigned training programs, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:

  • Preserve data and information in addition to performing data analysis to make recommendations to improve assigned training programs
  • Coordinate schedules and timelines for training meetings, councils and conferences, and manage minutes and action items
  • Identify and manage milestones and schedule for each lesson for courseware
  • Provide file plans to manage data, information, and courseware for easy access for senior leaders
  • Collect, organize, maintain, and interpret large amounts of data distributed among multiple computer platforms
  • Test software functionality and Web site functionality
  • Cross-reference software functionality against software manual instructions and procedures
  • Develop, maintain, and format databases for internal informational processes and external target audience campaigns
  • Maintain integrity of pre-print data through fact checking, proofreading and match print inspections
  • Research a wide variety of tactical topics, including student demographics
  • Track and monitor the success of training efforts
  • Maintain voluminous amounts of data for various internal and external functions.  
  • Other duties as assigned


What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 1 year of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience
  • Subject matter expertise on USAF MAJCOM staffing and training operations
