To thrive as a Student Business Intern, you need foundational knowledge in business concepts, strong analytical skills, and typically be enrolled in a relevant degree program. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools like Excel, and project management platforms is often expected. Strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive attitude help interns stand out and integrate effectively within teams. These skills are crucial for contributing meaningfully to projects, learning quickly, and maximizing the internship experience.

Student Business Interns are often assigned to support a variety of projects, such as market research, data analysis, assisting with presentations, or helping coordinate events or meetings. Job description

Description
Summer Business Internship Program For US High School & College Students 2026
Why Join the BricksFolios Summer Business Internship Program?
Most internships teach students how to become employees. This program teaches them how businesses grow, how leaders make decisions, and how wealth is created.
The BricksFolios Summer Business Internship Program 2026 is a selective, cohort-based leadership and business immersion experience for ambitious high school and college students across the United States. Designed for students who are intellectually curious and eager to challenge themselves, the program provides hands-on exposure to business strategy, investing, financial literacy, and leadership.
Participants will explore how successful businesses scale, how investment opportunities are evaluated, and how long-term wealth is built through strategic thinking and disciplined execution. Rather than focusing on routine administrative work, the program emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, business judgment, and leadership skills that will remain valuable in an increasingly AI-driven world.
Interns will collaborate with a select cohort of high-achieving peers, engage directly with mentors and business leaders, work on real-world business challenges, and develop strategic recommendations that will be presented during the BricksFolios Demo Day. This is more than an internship; it is an opportunity to build the mindset, skills, and confidence of a future leader.
