Position Description:
1. The purpose of this position is to maintain accurate and systematic financial records for all budget accounts for the high school.
2. Accurately verifies receipts and processes payments for student activity accounts.
3. Accurately prepares deposits for student activity accounts.
4. Monthly reconciles student accounts and maintains monthly reports.
5. Accurately prepares student account yearly audit requests and meets with auditor.
6. Accurately prepares budgets for activity events and trips.
7. Prepares cash boxes for activities; reconciling boxes after event; and completes all needed reports.
8. High School education.
9. 2-3 years bookkeeping experience.
10. Knowledge of various software which includes the following: MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, and miscellaneous office equipment.
11. Capable of learning district financial program.
