Job Description
  • Prepare
    closing documents accurately and issue to closing attorneys and/or title
    companies.
  • Verify
    that the required accurate closing documentation is in file
  • Ensure
    that closing packages are accurately and efficiently generated for all mortgage
    products
  • Responsible
    for accurately selecting APR fees and making necessary changes to complete sale
    of the loan
  • Check
    settlement statement from attorney prior to closing and make any relevant
    changes
  • Approve
    final HUD1 settlement statement
  • Coordinate
    loan funding with the accounting department and the closing attorney
  • Perform
    other related duties as requested
  • High
    School graduate with 2+ years of loan closing experience in mortgage industry
