These roles often require extensive skills, safety training, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Structural Welder, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Structural Welder, you need expertise in welding techniques, blueprint reading, and metal fabrication, often supported by a high school diploma and welding certifications such as AWS (American Welding Society).
