Exec is expanding our network of experienced Leadership Coaches.
We partner with organizations to support leaders at every level through high-impact, 1:1 coaching. As an Exec Coach, you'll work directly with professionals across leading companies to help them grow their leadership capabilities, strengthen team performance, and navigate complex challenges.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver personalized 1:1 leadership coaching to professionals across a range of industries
  • Support clients in developing core leadership capabilities such as communication, conflict management, team effectiveness, and strategic thinking
  • Partner with clients to create actionable development plans and monitor progress over time
  • Maintain consistent communication to ensure coaching goals remain aligned with client needs
  • Use Exec's platform and tools to manage sessions and deliver a high-quality coaching experience
  • Build strong, trusted relationships that help clients drive meaningful professional growth

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited program, plus 10+ years of management experience
    (or an MBA with 20+ years of senior leadership experience)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience coaching managers, leaders, and high-potential professionals
  • Expertise in areas such as leadership development, team performance, communication, goal setting, conflict management, and stress management
  • Client testimonials or references that reflect the impact of your coaching work
  • Active membership in a professional coaching organization is a plus
