We work as a team to provide evidence-informed wellness education and support that empowers our clients to make informed health decisions.

We are seeking a passionate Wellness Coach with 3–6 years of experience and a strong foundation in holistic health, nutrition, and botanical medicine.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in wellness coaching, naturopathic medicine, integrative health, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary supplements, and botanical medicine.
  • Excellent communication and client education skills.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals through lifestyle-based approaches.
  • Naturopathic education or training is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dietary & Nutritional Counseling: Develop personalized nutrition and wellness plans while educating clients on vitamins, minerals, and dietary supplements.
  • Botanical Medicine Education: Guide clients on the safe and appropriate use of herbs and natural wellness products.
  • Lifestyle & Stress Management: Coach clients on healthy lifestyle habits, including sleep hygiene, exercise, stress reduction, and mindfulness practices.
  • Wellness Education: Empower clients by providing education on supporting the body's natural healing processes through evidence-informed lifestyle strategies.
  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with the OWM team to deliver a comprehensive and client-centered wellness experience.
