The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Medical Aesthetician to guide our aesthetics team while delivering exceptional patient care.

This is a hands-on leadership role:

- You work directly with patients

- You lead and support the aesthetics team

- You help shape the overall experience and standards

What You’ll Do

Patient Care & Treatments

- Perform advanced treatments (facials, microneedling, lasers, etc.)

- Conduct thoughtful consultations centered on patient concerns

- Build treatment plans focused on long-term results and continuity of care

Team Leadership

- Lead and support a team of aestheticians

- Coach for consistency in patient experience and clinical approach

- Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail

Department Performance

- Support strong patient retention and follow-through with treatment plans- Guide a consultative, education-based approach to services and products

- Help elevate overall department performance and patient engagement

Operations & Collaboration

- Maintain treatment room standards

- Support scheduling flow with front desk

- Help refine internal systems and processes

Growth & Innovation

- Stay current on new techniques and technologies

- Bring forward ideas that elevate patient outcomes and overall offerings

What We’re Looking For

Experience

- Licensed Medical Aesthetician

- 5+ years of medspa experience

- Experience with microneedling and IPL/laser treatments is required

- Prior leadership experience required

- Strong consultation and communication skills

- Ability to guide patients with clarity and confidence

- Natural leadership ability

- High attention to detail, consistency, and luxury services

- Ability to coach and support others

Hours

- This is a client-facing role that will continue to evolve and expand as client needs and organizational priorities grow. 3 days a week will be for client care and the other 2 will be for admin work.

- Availability for evenings and Saturday's as needed is required.
