Phoenix Market | 1099 Independent Contractor | Weekends + Select Weekdays

Holly Street Sales Co.

About the Role

Earn $200 per day plus commission representing a leading FDIC-insured savings platform at consumer events. Holly Street Sales Co. is hiring an Event Sales Representative to represent a leading FDIC-insured savings marketplace at consumer events throughout the Arizona market. You will be the face of the brand at home shows, boat and RV shows, wine festivals, and other consumer expos — engaging attendees, educating them on high-yield savings products, and driving account sign-ups and funded deposits.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Work is primarily on weekends with occasional weekday events. Some travel to events outside the Atlanta metro area will be required.

What You’ll Do

  • Staff a professionally branded booth at consumer events across Arizona
  • Engage event attendees in conversation about savings and financial goals
  • Educate potential customers on high-yield savings, CD, and money market products
  • Guide qualified prospects through the account sign-up process on-site using provided tablets
  • Follow up with leads post-event to drive account funding
  • Track and report lead activity, sign-ups, and funded accounts per event
  • Maintain professional brand presentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
  • Travel to events outside your primary metro area as needed (mileage reimbursed)

What We’re Looking For

Preferred:

  • Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Understanding of savings products, FDIC insurance, and basic financial concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable approaching and engaging strangers
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • Reliable weekend availability
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Arizona for events
  • Smartphone and comfort with basic technology (tablets, CRM apps)

Preferred:

  • Experience in event marketing, trade shows, or field sales
  • Familiarity with the Phoenix metro area and regional event scene
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience engaging affluent demographics

Compensation & Details

  • Pay: $200 per event day worked + performance bonuses tied to funded accounts
  • Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor — you are responsible for your own taxes and insurance
  • Schedule: Primarily weekends with occasional weekday events. Event frequency varies
  • Travel: Some events will require travel outside the state of Arizona. Mileage and approved travel expenses are reimbursed
  • Equipment: All booth materials, signage, tablets, and branded collateral are provided
