Job description

Strategic Account Manager – Industrial Services-Beaumont, Texas

Position Summary

StreamTech Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Strategic Account Manager to support our Beaumont operations. Unlike a traditional sales role focused primarily on prospecting and cold calling, this position is responsible for growing and expanding a portfolio of existing strategic accounts where StreamTech has established Master Service Agreements (MSAs), approved vendor status, or active commercial relationships.

The successful candidate will serve as the face of StreamTech within key customer organizations and will be responsible for developing deep, long-term relationships across multiple levels of the customer's business. This individual must possess a strong understanding of industrial services and be capable of identifying, developing, and capturing opportunities across maintenance, operations, turnarounds, capital projects, environmental services, and specialty cleaning services.

 Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.

 Increase revenue and market share within existing accounts.

 Identify opportunities for StreamTech's full suite of industrial, environmental, tank, and specialty services.

 Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

 Develop relationships within:

o Operations

 Identify opportunities early enough to position StreamTech for success.

 Coordinate site visits, job walks, and technical reviews.

 Facilitate communication between customers and StreamTech operations teams.

Internal Collaboration

 Work closely with Operations, Area Management, and Business Development leadership to ensure alignment between customer expectations and service execution.

 Communicate customer requirements, upcoming opportunities, and operational concerns effectively.

 Assist in developing pricing strategies, proposals, and service solutions.

 Participate in regular account reviews and forecasting discussions.

Customer Retention & Satisfaction

 Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with StreamTech's performance.

 Address service concerns proactively.

 Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer feedback programs.

 Identify opportunities to improve safety, execution, and overall value delivered to customers.

Qualifications

 Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial services, refinery, petrochemical, environmental, or related industries.

 Demonstrated experience managing strategic customer accounts.

 Strong understanding of industrial service offerings such as:

o Hydroblasting

o Vacuum Services

o Hydro Excavation

o Tank Cleaning

o Waste Transportation

o Environmental Services

o Chemical Cleaning

o Turnaround Support Services

 Experience working directly with refinery and petrochemical customers preferred.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 Proven ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.

 Ability to navigate complex customer organizations and multiple stakeholders.

Critical Success Factors

The ideal candidate will:

 Be highly visible within assigned customer accounts.

 Understand how industrial facilities operate and make purchasing decisions.

 Proactively identify future opportunities before they become formal bids.

 Build relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.

 Translate customer needs into executable opportunities for StreamTech.

 Demonstrate a relentless focus on customer engagement and account growth. Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

 Revenue growth within assigned accounts.
