What is stream marketing?

Stream Marketing refers to the strategies and techniques used to promote and grow live streaming channels and content. This includes leveraging social media, search engine optimization, collaborations, audience engagement, and targeted advertising to attract viewers and build a loyal community. Professionals in stream marketing analyze viewer data, optimize stream titles and descriptions, and create promotional content to increase visibility. The goal is to help streamers expand their reach, increase viewer retention, and ultimately monetize their content effectively.

How does a stream marketing professional typically collaborate with content creators and platform teams?

Stream Marketing professionals work closely with content creators to develop promotional strategies that align with both the creators' personal brands and the platform’s objectives. This often involves coordinating campaign launches, sharing audience insights, and optimizing content for engagement. They also liaise with platform teams to ensure technical integration, track campaign performance, and implement feedback for continuous improvement. Effective communication and a collaborative mindset are essential, as these professionals serve as a bridge between creative and technical stakeholders.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a stream marketing professional, and why are they important?

To thrive in Stream Marketing, you need expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and data analytics, often supported by a degree in marketing or communications. Familiarity with live streaming platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software like Google Analytics is typically required. Creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills help professionals engage audiences and collaborate with stakeholders. These skills are vital for effectively promoting brands in real-time, optimizing campaign performance, and building lasting online communities.

Our administrative team handles insurance verification, credentialing, claims, billing, collections, client calls, and new-client intake scheduling.

Join us in our mission of offering HOPE and HEALING through Christ-centered HELP.

  • Paid Orientation and Onboarding
  • Comprehensive administrative support, including insurance verification, credentialing, claims, billing, collections, client calls, and new-client intake scheduling
  • Established referral stream

  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • CE allowance
  • Clinical consultation and peer support
  • Supportive, collaborative, faith-centered team environment

Work Setting & Schedule

This is a primarily in-person counseling position at our Winston-Salem office.

We offer flexible scheduling while maintaining the consistency necessary to provide excellent client care.

Telehealth may be utilized during inclement weather, temporary office closures, and other practice-approved circumstances to support continuity of care.

Full-time clinicians are expected to develop and maintain an active caseload of approximately 25–28 scheduled clients per week. Caseload expectations are adjusted appropriately for part-time clinicians.

Our established referral stream, marketing efforts, and administrative support help clinicians build and maintain their caseloads.

About Trinity Christian Counseling

Trinity Christian Counseling is a faith-based practice dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and evidence-based counseling services grounded in Christian principles.

We are committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families in their journey toward healing, growth, healthier relationships, and spiritual wholeness.

Our ideal clinician is committed to providing high-quality mental health care while respecting the unique clinical, cultural, and spiritual needs of each client.

Position Overview

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides evidence-based mental health counseling while supporting the mission and Christian values of Trinity Christian Counseling.

Clinicians should be comfortable integrating Christian principles and faith-based interventions into counseling when clinically appropriate and consistent with the client’s preferences, treatment goals, and informed consent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on clinical competency and areas of specialization.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.

  • Integrate Christian principles into treatment when clinically appropriate.
  • Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements.
  • Remain current on evidence-based therapeutic interventions and best practices.
  • Adhere to applicable ethical, legal, insurance, documentation, and practice standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Current North Carolina professional or associate license appropriate to the clinician’s discipline, including LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA, or other applicable credential.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and therapeutic intervention skills.

  • Experience with family systems therapy.
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
  • Experience working in an insurance-based outpatient mental health setting.

Why Trinity Christian Counseling?

At Trinity, we want our clinicians to spend their time doing what they were trained to do—helping people heal.

  • Insurance verification
  • Insurance credentialing
  • Claims
  • Billing
  • Collections
  • Client calls
  • New-client intake scheduling

We also provide marketing and referrals to help clinicians develop and maintain their caseloads.

If you are passionate about providing excellent mental health care and are looking for a supportive Christian counseling practice where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients, we would love to hear from you.
