Patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease often have complex conditions with limited treatment options. Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient's unmet clinical needs. This is a critical leadership role is responsible for driving end-to-end lifecycle management across the TTVR (Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement) portfolio. This leader will integrate product development, global launch, and in-market performance through strong cross-functional and regional partnership, while building and developing a team of full-stream product marketers.
How you will make an impact:
  • Lead and develop a team of full-stream product managers, building lifecycle leadership capability across upstream and downstream marketing
  • Driving alignment across R&D, Clinical, and global/regional commercial teams to ensure strong product execution, adoption, and continuous learning into next-generation development
  • Owning product lifecycle strategy and marketing inputs across multiple TTVR generations, connecting PDP, launch, and commercial performance
  • Drive market-informed PDP, translating clinical, customer, and competitive insights into product requirements and priorities
  • Lead global launch strategy and execution in close partnership with regional marketing teams
  • Partner with regions to ensure strong adoption and commercial performance, adapting global strategy to market needs
  • Establish closed-loop feedback from field and HCPs to improve both lifecycle performance and next-generation development
  • Align cross-functionally across R&D, Clinical, PMO, and Commercial to ensure clear product direction and execution
  • Contribute as a senior leader within TTVR Marketing, with the maturity and judgment to operate as a proxy for leadership as needed

Work Schedule: Given the collaborative and complex nature of this work, this role is required to be onsite in Irvine, CA.
What you will need (required):
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field related experience in marketing and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the previous level or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
  • Demonstrated track record in people management or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

What else we look for (preferred):
  • MBA or advanced degree and 10-12 years of related experience
  • Experience working in a regulated industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
  • Demonstrated experience in both upstream and downstream marketing roles
  • Experience in structural heart, cardiovascular, or complex medtech platforms
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading global product launches
  • Exposure to multi-generational product planning and lifecycle management
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed, and regulated environment

Additional Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead across the full product lifecycle, connecting upstream strategy with downstream execution
  • Strong understanding of product development processes (PDP) and ability to translate market insights into actionable product requirements
  • Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate at both detailed and executive levels
  • Clear and concise communicator, capable of influencing senior leadership and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations, including R&D, Clinical, and Commercial teams
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and therapy adoption drivers
  • Ability to develop and scale talent, including coaching team members toward full-stream marketing capability

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $159,000 TO $226,000(highly experienced).
