Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst
Division Overview:
We are the Marketing Analytics and Data Integration (MADI) team, part of the
Data & Insights Group (DIG) Business Intelligence team. DIG is a key connector among the Streaming verticals. The group consists of subject matter experts that prototype, build, and scale data infrastructure and products; assess, aggregate, and analyze data; and shape qualitative and quantitative-based narratives and insights, providing stakeholders with decision support, performance clarity and business-driving recommendations.
The MADI team provides actionable, data-driven solutions to solve marketing challenges. We work closely with Media Strategy and Media Activation teams to drive our growth and retention.
Role Details:
This Sr. Analyst position is to cover a role providing media measurement and analytics for streaming marketing campaigns. This role will design and implement measurement frameworks, deliver insights and analyses, drive project planning, and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for guiding technical analyses, including researching, reporting, and presenting findings that shape business decisions and deliver actionable insights.
Success in this role will require strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data in context, and the capability to explain marketing performance, industry trends, and cross-platform usage. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, precision, excellent communication skills, and a passion for media.
From January 2026, the role is expected to be on-site full time.
Responsibilities:
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Foster data-informed decision making throughout the streaming marketing organization
  • Deliver analyses to inform marketing decision making using Cross-Platform and Clean Room analytics platforms
  • Gather data requirements from marketing activation and strategy to design automated data pipelines or build new tables into Google BigQuery data warehouse for reliable and scalable reporting across business uses.
  • Partner with data engineers to ensure design, development, and solution builds are tested and validated for signal resilience.
  • Clearly provide statuses and project timelines with operational and technical teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure dimensions and metrics in data pipelines are compliant with business workflows powering our reporting.
  • Support development of auditing tools of existing data sets to check for anomalies and irregularities; leverage tools to escalate data inconsistencies using SQL and Google Cloud Service suite features.
  • Partner with data engineers to optimize speed performance of BigQuery tables in supporting dashboards and reports.
  • Build dashboards (using Tableau, Python and other BI tools) that illustrate how key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics are changing over time. Provide “color” and insights from the findings and make recommendations to the business.
  • Build data workflows for our marketing data that ensures consistent data integrity.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in data science, AI, and marketing analytics and apply them to business challenges
  • Perform other related duties including ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned by Director
Requirements:
You Have:
  • BA/BS. 2+ years experience in digital marketing and analytics, web analytics, online media industry.
  • Proficient in SQL with a thorough understanding of data and systems' infrastructures; experience extracting, cleaning, and transforming data within databases using SQL
  • Experience or coursework in media measurement including cross platform, web, native, app, video measurement technology and standards
  • Proficient with analytical tools and languages supporting data analysis, reporting, and visualization - Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Collaborative Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Tableau, R, Python
  • Strong detail-orientation with a penchant for data accuracy and good grammar

  • Strong mathematics, statistics background
  • Strong solutions-oriented and critical thinking mindset
  • Experience using Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
  • Experience translating requirements into actionable instructions and documentation
  • Experience in working independently to meet deliverables with some oversight
