What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of capital and plant improvement projects while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and communication.
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to achieve operational and business objectives.
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency, reliability, and sustainability through strategic project initiatives.
What Are We Looking For
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex industrial, manufacturing, construction, or capital projects from concept through completion.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Ability to analyze project risks, solve problems effectively, and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment.
