What You'll Be Doing

  • Play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new strategic opportunities with regular exposure to executive leadership.

  • Assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth, value enhancement, and cost optimization. Projects you will work on will be acquisitions, joint ventures, saps as well as organic growth projects

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement business transactions and strategic changes from due diligence through completion.

  • Prepare and present investment, divestiture, and acquisition proposals with thorough evaluation of financial returns, market opportunities, and risks.

  • Transform information and analyses into actionable decision frameworks.

  • Provide trusted counsel and market intelligence to senior leadership for short- and long-term strategic planning.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in building materials or related industries (e.g., mining, chemical manufacturing and operations management).

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or executing M&A transactions, joint ventures, or similar strategic investments, with significant contributions to diligence, valuation, and integration.

  • Strong ability to manage projects including leading and influencing cross‑functional teams through complex transactions and strategic change initiatives from diligence through execution

  • Proven experience developing investment cases, business plans, and financial models to support capital allocation and strategic decision‑making

  • Ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights and decision frameworks for senior leadership

Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a blend of remote and in-office collaboration. Occasional travel may be required to support strategic initiatives and team engagement.
