You will lead labour planning for the division, build and refine operational models, and guide a team of analysts to deliver consultinggrade insights that enhance delivery efficiency and costtoserve. What you’ll do:

  • Diagnose costtoserve drivers and identify logistics optimization opportunities through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Analyze delivery frequency, routing patterns, and customer storage behaviour to surface actionable efficiency improvements.
  • Lead enterprise labour planning by integrating volume forecasts, productivity trends, and operational performance.
  • Own and maintain the workforce model, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and crossfunctional trust.
  • Build models, evaluate scenarios, and conduct deepdive analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Lead consultingstyle workstreams, structuring business questions and developing hypotheses.
  • Connect operational and labour decisions to P&L and costtoserve outcomes.
  • Develop and mentor a team of analysts, elevating analytical rigor and communication quality.
  • Partner with Operations, Service, Network & Fleet, HR, Finance, and IT to validate insights and support execution.
  • Establish and track KPIs related to costtoserve, delivery efficiency, labour plan accuracy, and operational performance.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA an asset
  • 7–10+ years in consulting, FP&A, corporate strategy, logistics strategy, or operational performance
  • Proven experience leading and developing analytical teams
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to build models, evaluate scenarios, and perform handson analysis
  • Fluency with BI tools and SQL, with the ability to engage directly with data
  • Understanding of logistics, routing, delivery operations, or costtoserve drivers
  • Structured problemsolving skills and a hypothesisdriven approach
  • Executivelevel communication and storytelling capability
  • Financial fluency to connect operational decisions to P&L and costtoserve outcomes
  • Highownership, handson leadership style with comfort operating independently and crossfunctionally
  • English proficiency is required to support the full North American business

The expected annual salary range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 a year.
