What you'll do

  • Lead and execute all pricing activities within the assigned OpCo, ensuring pricing decisions are applied accurately, consistently, and in line with defined pricing frameworks and commercial strategy.

  • Manage daily and ad hoc pricing requests, including customer quotes, tenders, contract renewals, and market-driven price adjustments, while maintaining timely and auditable execution.

  • Partner closely with commercial teams to align pricing execution with customer strategy, market conditions, and competitive positioning, and provide guidance on pricing application and escalations.

  • Own ERP pricing execution by entering, updating, and validating pricing elements such as pricing structures, discounts, rebates, and customer agreements, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Monitor pricing execution and margin performance across customers, products, and segments, and prepare pricing impact analyses to identify and escalate risks related to cost movements, competition, and customer-specific issues.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Pricing Analysts by setting priorities, managing workflows, and driving accountability, consistent service levels, and capability development.

  • Ensure adherence to pricing governance, policies, and execution standards by standardizing workflows, templates, and approval processes, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting transparency.

Who we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or a commercial-facing analytical role.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Agriculture, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of pricing processes and ERP-based pricing execution.

  • Proven experience managing recurring monthly pricing cycles and rapid adhoc updates.

  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with commercial teams.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost drivers, margin impacts, and pricing outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

You'll also need

  • Experience in animal nutrition, feed, agriculture, or specialty ingredients.

  • Familiarity with specialty product pricing, including premix, additives, and digital services.

  • Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple OpCos and global oversight.

  • Strong pricing leadership, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, analytical capability, and process discipline, with a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely, and standardized pricing execution.
