En tant que directrice ou directeur en développement hypothécaire, tu accompagnes la clientèle du secteur des Particuliers dans la réalisation d’un projet important : l’achat d’une propriété. Dans ton marché, tu interagis avec des partenaires externes du secteur immobilier et des partenaires internes de la Banque Nationale afin de développer ta clientèle et d’identifier des stratégies de financement résidentiel répondant à ses besoins. 
***Ce poste est offert dans plusieurs villes des provinces de l'Ouest. Ta localisation pourra être déterminée selon ta préférence et les opportunités disponibles***
Ton emploi 
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en accompagnant notre clientèle dans l'élaboration de stratégies lors de transactions d’achats, de préautorisations hypothécaires et refinancements externe 
  • Établir et maintenir une relation durable avec les courtières ou courtiers immobiliers et/ou les constructeurs notamment en les informant des produits et services offerts 
  • Organiser et participer aux activités et aux évènements de développement des affaires. 
  • Communiquer et collaborer étroitement avec nos partenaires internes en vue d'accroître la rétention, la prise en charge ou le référencement de la clientèle de la succursale au partenaire le plus approprié pour favoriser la vente croisée 
  • Actualiser vos connaissances sur l'ensemble des produits Banque Nationale et de l’évolution du marché en démontrant votre expertise

Prérequis 
  • Baccalauréat connexe au secteur d'activité et une année d'expérience pertinente, ou DEC assorti de 3 années d'expérience pertinente

  • Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et capacité à gérer différentes parties prenantes (internes et externes) 
  • Rigueur et maîtrise des outils informatiques 
  • Connaissances des produits financiers - un atout
