As Bid Strategy Lead, you will take on a highly visible leadership role at the heart of the global energy transition. In this role, you will drive commercial success across North and Latin America while gaining a unique, front-row perspective on the global power generation market for large gas turbines and its service concepts. Your day may include leading and developing a high-performing US-based team, partnering with regional sales teams on pricing and bid strategies, analyzing market and competitor intelligence and collaborating with international stakeholders to strengthen future bids and support global strategic initiatives. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine strategy, analytics, leadership and global collaboration while actively shaping how Siemens Energy competes and wins in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing US-based team, providing coaching, mentorship and performance guidance while fostering a collaborative and innovation-driven culture
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional sales, driving bid success through advanced pricing strategies, market intelligence and commercial insights

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing or commercial strategy - ideally within energy, services or power generation
  • Strong understanding of gas turbines, combined cycle power plants or energy services markets
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in pricing, market intelligence or strategy
