Position Summary

The Strategy Lead supports Revecore's long-term growth by leading strategic planning, market intelligence, and competitive positioning initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leadership to identify where the industry is heading, where the company can expand, and how we maintain and sharpen our edge as the industry landscape evolves.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company's long-term growth strategy, translating market dynamics and internal capabilities into actionable strategic roadmaps across operational, technical, and sales levers
  • Support all phases of M&A strategy & execution, including valuation, due diligence, returns and synergy analysis, and complex acquisition models.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends in revenue cycle management, identifying shifts in payer behavior, regulatory changes, and technology disruption that create risk or opportunity
  • Lead ongoing competitive intelligence efforts - benchmarking our capabilities, pricing, workflows, and outcomes against key competitors and new entrants to ensure we remain best-in-class
  • Identify and evaluate adjacent markets and new service lines the company can expand into, including AI-enabled offerings, with a focus on scalable, competency-aligned growth
  • Build on a broad portfolio of in-flight AI efforts to develop a cohesive point of view on how to maximize outcomes as the firm scales toward market-leading AI deployment
  • Support company-wide evaluation of AI vendors, partnerships, and technology investments through a strategic lens - assessing build vs. buy vs. partner decisions as AI capabilities become central to RCM competitiveness
  • Build and prioritize business cases for strategic initiatives across technology, operations, and go-to-market
  • Collaborate across functional teams to design, plan, and support the execution of strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational reality
  • Support the oversight of cross-functional project work tied to business transformation initiatives, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to keep priorities on track
  • Conduct expert interviews, client research, and data analysis to surface insights that inform where we invest and where we differentiate
  • Support executive leadership with board materials, strategic planning cycles, and special projects

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy-focused role within a healthcare services company,
  • Demonstrated AI fluency - not necessarily technical, but a working understanding of how AI tools (LLMs, predictive models, automation platforms) are being applied in healthcare and RCM, and the ability to evaluate their strategic implications
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel)
  • Experience supporting or leading business transformation initiatives, with an ability to manage cross-functional workstreams, drive accountability, and keep complex projects moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint) ability to build a compelling strategic narrative for senior audiences
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and market sizing across service lines or industry verticals
  • Interest or experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or revenue cycle management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with back-end RCM, payer dynamics, or medical billing workflows (preferred)

Work at Home Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
