Role Overview
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving new business creation and business expansion at the company Productions USA Inc.
Target markets include automotive and industrial sectors, as well as any industry where the company can deliver meaningful, value-driven solutions to address customer challenges. This role focuses on solution-based selling, working closely with customers to identify their challenges and translating them into compelling business and technology proposals.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze markets and industry trends across automotive, industrial, and other challenge-driven sectors
Identify, structure, and clearly define customer pain points through direct engagement
Drive solution-based sales by proposing tailored solutions aligned with customer needs
Create and deliver client presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools
Develop and maintain relationships with new customers and strategic partners
Own the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through deal closing
Lead proposals and actively engage in projects for large OEM clients

Deliver customer value through innovative approaches, including AI-driven solutions
Participate in team growth and organizational development as the business scales
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or business strategy roles
Strong understanding of the automotive, industrial, or broader B2B business landscape
Proven experience in consultative or solution-based selling
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and drive new business initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams
