Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience driving partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Experience developing growth initiatives, achieving partner sales targets, and using sales reporting tools.
  • Analytical experience, running experiments, drawing conclusions, and building actionable plans based on data.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with core sellers and channel partners to reach as many SMB accounts with our Google Cloud solutions.
  • Own the enablement, alignment, and introductions for our core sellers and drive prioritization of Google Cloud portfolio across all sellers and corresponding channel partners.
  • Construct and execute a territory development plan.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, Channels, Product, and Engineering teams to understand the needs of the customer and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Develop and drive pipeline, to manage cycles leading from generation to customer onboarding, and build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction.
