Purpose โ€” What Youโ€™ll Do
As a Client Strategy Associate (CSA), youโ€™ll support our Podsโ€™ Client Strategy teams by helping ensure client strategy processes are executed consistently and effectively. Youโ€™ll work closely with General Managers, Technical Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to improve client health, retention, and satisfaction.
Your work will include:
  • Supporting executive business reviews (EBRs) and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up
  • Monitoring client health trends and surfacing risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
  • Helping drive resolution for client issues, disputes, and escalations across teams
  • Supporting onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and client communications using Endsight best practices
  • Collaborating with Finance, Professional Services, Support, and Sales to ensure a cohesive client experience
  • For experienced CSAs, managing a small portfolio of clients to ensure they realize value from Endsightโ€™s solutions
