Job description

JOB SUMMARY

As Director of AI Enablement & Strategy, you will own Ezee Fiber's enterprise AI program end-to-end. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that touches every functional group in the company. You will design the systems, run the training, deploy the workflows, and prove the value. The person who does this job well will define how AI is used at Ezee Fiber for years to come.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Own and administer Ezee Fiber's Claude Enterprise environment — seat management, usage monitoring, vendor relationship with Anthropic.
  • Build and maintain a company-wide prompt library and reusable workflow templates for each department.
  • Partner with department heads to identify, prioritize, and deploy AI use cases across all 16 functional groups.
  • Design and deliver AI training programs for team leads, managers, and department heads.
  • Recruit, develop, and support an AI Champions network that drives grassroots adoption.
  • Maintain AI usage policies in partnership with IT and Legal; ensure CPNI, PII, and data security compliance.
  • Define KPIs for every AI initiative and report quarterly to senior leadership on business impact.
  • Monitor the LLM market and recommend new capabilities before competitors adopt them.
  • Build scheduled AI automations and agent-based tasks that reduce manual overhead across operations and finance.
  • Serve as the internal AI expert resource for the C-suite.
  • Track and report key milestones, project risks, operational performance, and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Conduct data analysis and operational reviews to improve forecasting and delivery predictability.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. 6–10 years of experience in enterprise operations, digital transformation, or technology strategy.

  • Demonstrated hands‑on proficiency with Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or an equivalent enterprise LLM platform—not theoretical familiarity. You use these tools daily.
  • Proven track record of deploying technology or process change across multiple functional teams with measurable results.
  • Strong facilitation and training skills—equally effective with a Contact Center team and the CFO's office.
  • Experience designing prompt systems, workflow templates, SOPs, or knowledge management structures that others actually use.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security policy, and compliance frameworks relevant to telecommunications (CPNI, PII a meaningful plus).
  • High comfort with ambiguity — this program is being built, not inherited.

Preferred Qualification

  • Prior experience in a transformation or AI program ownership role at a company of 300–2,000 employees — not just as a participant or advisor.
  • Hands‑on experience building custom Claude Projects, GPT configurations, API‑adjacent automations, or structured prompt libraries deployed in a business context.
  • Background in telecommunications, ISP, utilities, or a field‑service‑intensive business.
  • Change management experience or certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Genesys, or SolarWinds.
