What You'll Do
  • Lead integrated media strategy and campaign planning across digital and emerging channels
  • Partner with activation, analytics, and account teams to drive performance and client success
  • Mentor and support media strategists across channels
  • Present campaign strategy, insights, and recommendations to clients
  • Leverage analytics and data to optimize media performance
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients and support new business initiatives
  • Stay ahead of media trends, technologies, and platform innovations
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of media strategy experience with deep digital media expertise
  • Strong understanding of paid social, search, programmatic, and analytics
  • Experience managing client relationships and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as MediaOcean, Prisma, MediaTools, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with performance-focused acquisition campaigns preferred

Our office is located in Newtown, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
