What you'll do
The Manager, Strategy Communication & Execution plays akey role within the North America Transformation Management Office, responsiblefor bringing business strategy to life through clear communication,alignment, and execution support.
This role ensures that strategic priorities are consistentlyunderstood, effectively communicated, and translated into aligned action across the organization. The position partners closely with senior leadershipto shape messaging, drive clarity, and enable coordinated execution of keyinitiatives.
Strategy Communication & Narrative Development
  • Own and develop a clear, compelling narrative for NA business strategy and transformation priorities
  • Partner closely with Regional President to create high-impact materials for ExCom updates, leadership presentations, board members, shareholder committee members and town halls
  • Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across initiatives and communications

Cross-Functional Alignment & Engagement
  • Drive alignment across business units and functions by ensuring shared understanding of priorities
  • Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects
  • Act as a connector across teams, lending support and guiding senior executive decision-making processes
  • Provide active guidance to team members during key strategic projects
  • Identify and address areas of misalignment or communication gaps

Strategy Execution Support
  • Translate strategy into clear initiatives, milestones, and execution frameworks
  • Support governance processes and leadership forums (e.g., Project Excellence)
  • Stakeholder management: build and nurture strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including influencing executives
  • Suggest improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth
  • Provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across key initiatives
  • Leads various special projects as needed including top leader events and global visits

The salary range for this role is $115,000.00-$170,000.. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
