Job description

We are seeking a highly talented Sales, Strategy & Operations Manager to serve as the analytical and strategic backbone for the Mopar Accessories Portfolio. You will be responsible for converting the Director's high-level vision into actionable sales playbooks, rigorous forecasts, and executive-level narratives.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial execution, helping transform how Mopar Accessories create value across the Stellantis brand portfolio. You will empower our dealer network with the programs, incentives, and insights needed to drive accessory penetration and stronger customer engagement. We are looking for someone who brings both analytical rigor and creative energy leader who can use data to shape strategy while challenging conventional thinking and unlocking bold new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture & Reporting
    • The Dashboard Master: Build and maintain the Power BI ecosystem to track revenue, take-rates (penetration), and profitability across Retail, In-Plant, Wholesale, and Custom Shop operations.
    • Granular Analysis: Dive deep into the details to identify why specific regions or vehicles are underperforming and propose corrective actions.
    • Forecasting: Own the monthly sales forecast and demand-planning inputs, using AI tools to increase accuracy and identify market trends.
  • Commercial Strategy & Business Cases
    • Promotion ROI: Build comprehensive Business Cases for every new promotion or incentive. You must prove the "Sell-in" value before we go to market.
    • Program Ownership: Lead the evolution of the Accessory Rewards Program. Track its health, optimize dealer adoption, and manage the commercial incentives that drive incremental revenue.
    • Go-to-Market Execution: Develop the monthly "Execution Playbooks" for accessory launches and vehicle branches (e.g., Mopar).
  • Executive Communication
    • SVP Readiness: Design and build "Board-Room Ready" PowerPoint decks for Commercial Committees, Monthly/Quarterly Brand Reviews, and the Global Business Review (NA).
    • Field Enablement: Manage the communication flow for our dealer messages and national field calls, ensuring the accessory field teams and BC leads have the data they need to win.

Performance Success Measures:
  • Target Accuracy: Variance between your monthly forecasts and actual revenue.
  • Program Growth: Measurable increase in Accessory Rewards adoption and "Take-Rates".
  • Efficiency: Successful automation of manual reporting processes using Power BI and AI.
  • Influence: High approval rate of Business Cases presented to the executive level.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years in Sales Ops or Finance, ideally with OEM Automotive (Mopar/Aftersales) experience. You must understand dealer margins, "take-rates," and the wholesale-to-retail lifecycle.
  • Power BI: Expert level (DAX/Power Query) for building automated, scalable dashboards and reports.
  • Excel: Advanced financial modeling and "clean sheet" business case builds.
  • PowerPoint: Superior visual storytelling; ability to take complex data and make it digestible for an SVP.
  • AI Literacy: Ability to leverage AI tools to automate reporting tasks, synthesize dealer feedback, and perform predictive modeling.
  • Detail Orientation: The ability to "drill down" from a $1B portfolio target to a specific accessory part-number performance.
