The Opportunity

The Vice President will provide overall leadership for Noble Company, building upon a strong foundation while positioning the organization for continued growth and innovation. This executive will lead the development and execution of business strategy, drive sales and market expansion, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

Background You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive operational and sales leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading growth-oriented organizations within manufacturing, building products, plumbing, tile, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to develop strategy and execute against business objectives.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Preferred
  • MBA
  • 10-15 years of experience within the building products industry.
  • Plumbing industry experience highly desirable.
