Here's what you'll be spearheading…

  • Steering the DDS' digital program initiatives and enhancing analytics capabilities.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between analytics agency partners and other vendors, overseeing product analytics, data integrity, and dashboard performance.
  • Developing and maintaining project roadmaps, managing requests, and prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
  • Leading requirement gathering and project planning across teams to drive the development roadmap.
  • Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments to ensure compliance with data governance standards.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to define metrics, MVP criteria, and timelines for dashboard integrations.
  • Extracting insights from data to drive consulting opportunities.
  • Overseeing implementation and optimization of analytics tools like the T3 Retail Customer Data Platform and DDS Analytics Dashboard.
