AWS Support Field Strategy & Operations drives revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The team interacts with leading companies and believes that worldโ€‘class support is critical to customer resilience and growth. AWS Support partners with a global list of customers building missionโ€‘critical applications on top of AWS services.

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and analytical thinker with strong operational experience to support business operations for our field teams. As a Business Operations builder, you will be responsible for driving operational cadences, business performance, and productivity in the field while championing the needs of internal customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage business planning on behalf of assigned field teams and key stakeholders.
  • Own execution of components of Geo/Area planning, productivity improvements, site and level mix planning, headcount planning, goals planning, and operational target setting and budgeting.
  • Maintain data integrity and contribute to strategic planning activities such as building hiring mechanisms and productivity improvement plans.
  • Apply controllership to variable headcount plans to minimize business risks and maximize business opportunities.
  • Inspect large data sets to mitigate business risk and downstream impacts of related actions.
  • Toggle between tactical actions and longerโ€‘term initiatives, projects, and planning activities.
  • Work independently with stakeholders to identify business needs and design and implement solutions.
  • Draft written and verbal communication to management and crossโ€‘functional teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a highโ€‘growth, technology company.
Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $96,900.00 to $169,500.00 USD annually in New York, and $88,100.00 to $154,100.00 USD annually in Arlington. The Amazon package includes signโ€‘on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
