Job Overview

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of preferred leadership experience directly managing operational workflows and personnel.
  • Proven experience executing financial management tasks, including P&L oversight and accounts receivable tracking.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong background in customer relations, leadership, and procedural enforcement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer background, including experience with the microsoft suite, google suite, and CRM software.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior management experience operating within an exteriors, landscaping, or mechanical service industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations and optimize logistics within a high-growth business model.
