• Experience in enterprise technology with proven leadership in architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in at least three or more of the following domains: AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MCP, A2A, LangGraph, ADK, Agentic Web.

• Microservices & Distributed Systems.
• API Platforms & Integration.
• Data Engineering & Analytics.

• Modern Application Development.
• Technology Leadership & Strategy.
• Set the technology vision and roadmap for strategic accounts and internal accelerators within STG.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms to drive continuous innovation.
• Act as the highest-level technical advisor for clients, senior stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end architecture for large-scale, mission-critical, and cloud-native systems.
• Create reference architectures, reusable frameworks, proof of concepts and solution blueprints.
• Ensure architectural consistency, performance, scalability, and security across implementations.
• Provide hands-on guidance in solving complex engineering challenges across multiple programs.
• Review and sign off on architecture decisions, design documents, and code quality.
• Define best practices, engineering standards, and technology governance models.
• Lead high-impact technical discussions with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
• Translate business goals into actionable technology strategies and architectures.
• Partner with account teams to shape new opportunities and strengthen technical credibility.
• Drive internal innovation initiatives, PoCs, and IP creation within STG.
• Represent Infosys at tech forums, conferences, and industry events.
• Mentor architects, technologists, and engineering leaders to build strong internal capability.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
