Job description

Made In is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to support and grow our B2B restaurant partnerships. This role will focus on managing relationships with existing enterprise restaurant groups while partnering closely with our outbound sales team to support new opportunities and vertical expansion.


You will contribute to our success by ensuring the long-term growth and success of our restaurant partners while helping build a key area of strategic growth for the company. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and self-driven sales professional who is organized, an effective communicator, and energized by the opportunity to work with one of the most popular and fastest-growing brands in the industry. You understand how to manage and grow strategic accounts, while maintaining strong commercial instincts and contributing to pipeline growth when opportunities arise.


What You'll Do:

  • Represent the Made In brand by managing and growing existing enterprise restaurant accounts within your specified vertical industry and/or region
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic restaurant partners, ensuring a high level of service and long-term relationship success
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing restaurant groups, including new locations, equipment refresh cycles, and new product categories
  • Partner closely with outbound enterprise sales reps to support new business opportunities, large rollouts, and strategic restaurant partnerships
  • Meet customers in the field or represent Made In at industry events to strengthen relationships, introduce new products, and deepen brand partnerships
  • Manage post-sale logistics for large commercial orders including but not limited to quoting, payment processing, delivery coordination, and operational follow-through
  • Manage, track and report account activity, pipeline development, forecast, and delivered revenue via Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness and contribute to identifying potential new business opportunities within broader hospitality verticals


Qualifications


Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or partnerships, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
